Creative Housebuyers offers a fast and guaranteed property sale. For this reason, we look to offer between 70% - 90% of the open market value. The open market value is the price you could expect to receive if you sold your property through an estate agent.
How long will the sale take to complete?
That depends on you. We will work to your timescales. Typically we would expect to complete the sale in 28 days but we have been known to complete in less than 10 days. Just tell us when you want to receive your cheque.
Are there any costs for me to pay?
No. There are no valuation fees and no agent’s fees. What we offer is what you get – we do not make any deductions, we even offer to pay up to £500 of your legal fees.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of South West Wales and all areas around the M4 corridor as far as London.
What type of properties do you buy?
We buy all types of residential property, in any condition, even with tenants in situ.
How long do I have to think about your offer?
You should take your time. If you come back to us sometime after the original offer was made, we reserve the right to undertake further research. This may lead to a revised offer.
What happens if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, we will not charge you a penny.
